Principles of Project Management
Principles of Project Management professionals possess an understanding of project management fundamentals, such as creating project plans, project procurement, managing schedules and budgets, identifying risks and communicating status reports to stakeholders at all levels within an organization. The specific skills obtained are dependent on courses selected from the available options.
Requirements include completion of three credit-bearing courses (9 credits) from a pre-defined list offered at Syracuse University. The badge may be earned as a stand-alone credential or within a credit-bearing degree, certificate, or minor program.
