Principles of Creative Leadership

Principles of Creative Leadership professionals possess an understanding of leadership techniques used across professional sectors. These can include understanding the importance of professional relationships, networking, and how to establish and manage a local and global workforce. The ability to recognize the difficulty and conflict in professional situations, analyze possible causes, propose creative scenarios for resolution, and manage collaborative and diverse teams. The specific skills obtained are dependent on courses selected from the available options.

Requirements include the completion of three credit-bearing courses (9 credits) from a pre-defined list offered at Syracuse University. The badge may be earned as a stand-alone credential or within a credit-bearing degree, certificate, or minor program.
